UHA Model of the Month

Each month members have the chance to bring a model to the club meeting and take a few moments to show it off to the other members. One of these helis will be selected as the model for that month and it will be highlighted on this page.

Model of the Month for October 2008 - Jim Innes' Blitz Avro 90

Jim's Avro is a 90 class nitro heli made by Blitz. It is completely made and designed in the UK and is geared towards the F3C/FAI style pilot. It has a YS91SR motor, Hatori SB19 pipe, 9252 servos, a Spartan gyro with 9254, MultiGov pro, a JR 921 receiver, and a Duralite power system. Radix 690 blades are on top and some MA X-Cell paddles are on the flybar. It is an extremely smooth and predictable helicopter.
